We also assist individuals, businesses, trusts and charities with their real estate needs, including commercial land deals, buying and selling land, foreclosures, joint ventures and commercial lease arrangements.

Steven R. Slazyk is the founder and principal of the firm. He maintains a general solicitor’s practice.

Steven has an extensive professional network that spans three continents. Prior to establishing the firm, he earned an honors Bachelor of Commerce degree and spent five years studying, living and working in Western Europe and Asia. While in Asia he completed work placements at the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Osaka and worked towards a Master of Arts in International Relations. he also spent several months assisting with the work of a united National tribunal in Cambodia.

Steven returned to Canada to study law and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2010. He founded the law firm in 2011.
